When you join the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA) as a CIC Midwest member, you become part of a state-wide, non-profit trade organization that promotes the highest standards in the management and maintenance of multi-family housing.  MHA was founded in 1967 and is one of the strongest and most emulated housing associations in the country.  MHA has a reputation for excellence, professionalism and leadership.

 

MHA's 2,100 members includes owners and managers of rental property,  product/service members, and CIC Midwest members.  CIC Midwest members are homeowner associations and managers of owner-occupied townhomes, condominiums, cooperatives and homeowner associations (common interest communities).
