May 26th, Changes in the Minnesota Common Interest Ownership Act
(MCIOA) and Legislative Update

Director of Government Relations, Minnesota Multi Housing Association. We’ll hold this
important recap soon after the legislative session ends. We’ll learn the outcome of the proposed
changes to the state statute governing common interest communities, and all legislation that
