A CIC (common interest community) is an owner-occupied townhome, condominium,  or homeowner association. If you manage or live in a CIC, we want to help you learn how to more effectively manage and maintain your community, reduce risk for your board members and homeowners, and protect the value of your properties. CIC Midwest is a division of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association. MHA is a trade organization that has been providing education, resources, and legislative representation to its members since 1967.
